Welcome to Quizard, a mobile application (the "App") that is available for download on the Apple App Store. The App was designed with the purpose of assisting education, and should by no means be used with the intent of violating academic dishonesty policies. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
The App is a free-to-download mobile application that offers users the ability to purchase in-app items and features (the "In-App Purchases").
The App offers In-App Purchases that can be made through the Apple App Store. These In-App Purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store, as well as these Terms. You must have a valid payment method on file with the Apple App Store in order to make any In-App Purchases.
The App and all content and materials included in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the App's owner or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials in the App for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the App's owner.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The App's owner and its licensors make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials or products included in the App. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
In no event shall the App's owner or its licensors be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the App or the purchase of In-App Purchases.
The App's owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time and for any reason. If a revision is material, the App's owner will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the App's owner's sole discretion.
